It's been well over the 24 hour period, and I still haven't recieved my email. So, I tried using the "Lost Password" feature. It tells me that my email is invalid. Now I'm starting to doubt that my request has been sent. I don't want to send again becaus I don't want to be blamed for creating multiple accounts. My email is shtrwsky@yahoo.com if it is needed.

I'm also banned from the General Questions forum by an individual named Phryss. I haven't even visited the forums before this problem!

Sorry if I sound like an impatient "n00b", but I can't wait any longer to play this game. I've heard many good things about it.

There's a small issue with the Guest IP ban feature that is being worked on. Most likely you're accidentally caught in someone else's ban.

If you tried the Lost Password and it couldn't find your e-mail, I'm going to guess your application was rejected. You might want to check any bulk mail folders or spam filters you might have to see if you can find why your application was rejected.

At this point it should be safe for you to try applying again.

If you want to post the Handle you applied with here, someone can look and confirm if it went through.

Seems strange that they would reject. I read all of the rules before applying. I even read the agreements.

You're showing up on the recently joined page. Perhaps you made a mistake typing your e-mail address into the password retrieval? Or when you submitted your join application?

Try the lost password again. If it doesn't work, post here the e-mail you tried to use, so it can be checked against the one linked to the account.

There was a typo in your email address. I've changed it for you and had a new password sent.

The ban from other Problem Centre forums affects all logged-out users at the moment due to a bug.
