I was wondering why a recycle faction can not build the GRZ-6B Wrecker. It would seem logical that they could make these without having to involve another faction.
Also, could the transportaion fees be explained to me? Why is there a fee to move materials recovered between ships/storage? No where else does a fee for this apply.

The GRZ-6B Wrecker is due to the desire for faction interaction in the game. Same reason some factions (like the Commonwealth) can't produce their own ships or items and need to outsource. If one could do everything, there'd be a handful of super-factions in the game.

As for the others... no idea.

Ok, I can almost understand the reasoning behind that,though it still would make more sense for the recycle factions and not ship-builder factions. I sthere anyone out there who could clarify the transport-cost issue?
