Teniel Djo	How old are the facilities, did they just finish construction? Do you own them all? Most likely, you just need to enter the power generator and set each of the facilities' status to "Powered". ____________

Mark Von Kenyon	I own the city, but none of the buildings, they are all NPC owned. So, I have a city that does me no good. Perhaps I should just have it removed from my list.
