Nat Dues	I bugbased this around a week ago but got no response, so I thought I would post it here to see if it gets noticed. My faction's shipyards are frozen while retooling. One was stuck at 9 hours for a while and then it started working again so I didn't report it. When I just checked back it bumped back up to 9 hours and appears to be stuck again. It was down to about 2 and a half hours and should have finished retooling around 10 days ago. The ID is 678. I am having similar problems with my other factories and shipyards, but don't have exact details for them as I haven't been watching them closely. If this could be resolved quickly, it would be much appreciated :) Thanks,

Nat Dues	Finally got a guy there to double check, it says it is paused, but there is no option to 'resume', only 'abort'.

Jace Tracken	I'm currently in ID# 781, and when I'm in the retool section, it shows as 64% complete, and will be finished in 18 hours, 9 minutes. However, it says its paused and there's no resume option, only an abort. ____________

Syn	If you are still not receiving a response, it will most likely be faster to abort and restart the retooling. I cannot wake up the process since it displays as paused rather than blocking, so you would need someone with db access (which narrows it down to Kyle, orion, Veynom, and Khan, as far as I am aware), but this does seem to have been caused by the server downtime. ____________

Jace Tracken	Oddly enough, after aborting them it now says they're completely retooled. shrug who knows? Production is now working again though. ____________
