If it returns a message of pending or not yet activated, there's nothing you can do but continue to be patient. Hal Breden	There is no error on SWC's end of things. You need to check your spam filters and any bulk mail folders you may have. Guest/Visitor	I have turned off the spam filters. An idea I had was... can you delete the account then I can try to "remake" the account. If you could tell me that it is gone here i'll remake the account when I see another message saying to.

Phryss	Accounts aren't deleted except automatically after 9 months of inactivity at level 1, though as the issue appears to be one of not being able to receive emails, a new account wouldn't solve anything.
