Hal Breden	Scan what? If the ship is, say, an R-41 that has no capacity to carry another entity, a scan will show the number of passengers aboard it. If it is something like a YV-666 that can carry other ships and vehicles, it will show the number of people who are on the YV-666. It will NOT show any passengers who are on board an R-41 that is docked on the YV-666.
