::Forum - Can't access my holomail

Year 9 Day 265 9:14	Can't access my holomail
Ezekial Nien	I have changed computers in the last couple of days, and since doing so I cant access my mail. I used my name and password that I had kept on my sign up email account and it didn't work. I also tried getting a new password and that didn't work either. Is there anyway to get access back as everything I have done since joining the combine goes thruogh my holomail address. My OOC name is Robert Dawson My sign up email was dragons_dad@hotmail.com My holomail is ezekial_nien@holo.swcombine.com Thankyou

Ezekial Nien	Sorry for the lack of info. I use my log in name all the times I tried. When my password didn't work I went through the 'Forgot my Password' procedure. This supplied me with a new password made up of numbers and letters. When I tried this password with my user name it too didn't work. It just comes up as user name or password are incorrect. I did this each day for I think it was 3 days before posting here. I have since tried different variations on my user name(capitals, all lower case etc.) with the same result. Thankyou for trying to help.

Syn	You may need to bug base for attention this since it looks like Holomail is currently having other issues as well, such as the signup page having been removed. It uses third party software, so only the individual who set up Holomail for SWC (most likely Veynom or the webmaster) can help out with this; we haven't got access to any admin tools for it. ____________
