Guest/Visitor	I received my confirmation and password, but they don't work. Tried all of the suggested fixes and still cannot log in

Guest/Visitor	No I don't get an error, the screen just keeps going back to a blank handle/password entry.. with a message below saying, handle or password are incorrect
