Nefas HQ is full to the point where I cannot even spawn there, all I need is atleast one removed so I can spawn and kick them all out, or an admin can just kick them all out.

And are you sure that it's full, and not just suffering from one of the other issues associated with spawning? I didn't think being full preventing spawning - just entering.
