Hello, my handle is "Venom Jadacus" but I would like to have my last name to be changed to "Parsimonious". "Aranel Parsimonious" and Myself are brothers and we would like to have the same last name. Thanks and hope to hear from you guys soon.

Handle changes are only done in cases where the original handle breaks the rules in some fashion. Such requests go to assistants@swc.

You can still RP however you like, ask other people to refer to you as whatever name, but you're stuck with your handle unless it breaks the rules.

why does a handle have to break rules in order for it to be modified. If a character wants there name changed it should be done. If not for a good reason atleast for morale all around. I don't think you should limit someone to something just because they created a handle they don't like. Most games offer a name change option. This game should be no different.

Interesting random statistic; "most" browser games do not offer handle changes, and since all handles here need to be manually approved and applied by a very limited number of people with a very limited amount of time, this is not an option and will not become one. Choose your character's name well at creation, because that will become how other players identify you. You can argue this all you like, but the answer will not change, so I am locking this thread before it turns into an argument.

If you are that insistent on having the same surname as another character, you are free to have your current character executed, then log back into your account after the three-week death wait and create a new character with your handle of choice.
