There are plenty of things that need an actual ingame use.

For now, it is mostly used as an RP entity.

At one time Ryll was used in Medical items. At this time though, Ryll has been discontinued for that purpose. At a later day Ryll will most likely be required for other items, or completely removed from the game (I personally like the former, rather than the later.)
