Quick couple of questions

1) Do items you've equiped on your body stop you from entering a ship if the weight/volume of the items exceeds the cargo capacitiy of the ship (small ships/vehicles like the Koro or YT-510)?

2) if the answer to 1 is yes, is this the intended way for the rules to work? I would think it logically is but then again the cargo of a ship docked in another ship isn't counted for the bigger ship?
