When creatures are put in the game. Will be be able to catch them and use them like pets or work animals? Also would we be able to buy them, because the chance it says of finding them in the guide is really low.

Catching/taming: Probably.
Buying: From the server, no. From other players, probably, assuming catching/taming is implemented.
