I have created my character twice and get to final screen where I am suppose to review before I confirm but then there is not a confirm button. How do I save it and confirm it so I can get started playing? Thanks.

You have already created your character. You were probably trying to use the character creation test tool that allows you to view character creation without actually creating a new character.
