I have tryed the lost password function but still can't log on. I am not able to use any of the others that you mention please help

Well, you've created your character so you must have been able to log in successfully at some point. As such, you really need to provide more information.. how are you not able to log in? Do you receive an error message? If so, what is it? Did you actually receive a new password after using the Lost Password feature? What browser are you using? What browser were you using since you last logged in successfully? How are you "not able to use" any of the other suggestions for logging in?
