Ellias Aubec	Just out of curiosity I was wondering the following: Faction A and Faction B both own a planet in a system. Faction A controls the system via population. What would happen if Person X came along and built flats on Faction B's planet, but owned by Person X. The flats are not enough to remove Faction B's control, but the population of the planet exceeds that of Faction A's planet. There are no other factors. Would the extra population count for Faction B's control, or is it only the flats that that faction owns? I'm guessing that its the total population on the planet in this regard, but I would like to know for sure. Satisfy my curiosity. Thanks. ____________
