Mantra Sardis	This is a question that I've just recently had about how your piloting skills affect the hyper-speed of a ship. I have been stuck in a bulk for most of my existence in the SWC, so it really hasn't been that much of an issue. However, I am in my YT now and I was wondering if the '.1, .2, .3, etc.' is the number of your piloting skill level. This may be a dumb question, but none the less, I'd like to know. ____________
