Arkondrius Ray`Dur	I just read the rules page and nowhere does it state that you have to be in a faction. Though it talks about only being able to A/E in your factions territory etc. ____________ Deny deny deny.

Syn	The rules cover all the possible A/E scenarios in terms of which faction type can arrest where, but it doesn't hurt to clarify the conditions list and add something like "Freelancers cannot arrest/execute. Someone wishing to do so must have the proper privileges within the faction for which they are arresting." Make a note in Rules Update forum and I'll take care of it when I get my regular computer set up in about a week, if no one's done it by then. ____________
