I rented a vehicle from a npc, and now I want to get a different one from the same npc. I keep getting the message "You have already rented a vehicle from here, you may not rent anymore.". How do I return the vehicle in order to get a different one?

The vehicle is automatically returned to the NPC once you leave the planet. There currently is no other way to return it.

You could always go to another person renting vehicles and get them to Rent you it since they are so cheap
