Syn	There are too many races to include every possibility. We try to emphasize the more well-known races, and beyond that, we have specific requirements for new races such as photorealistic images. Togorians must not have met at least one of the requirements. ____________

Hal Breden	With the high number of races SWC currently has, and the fact that many of those races are played by less than 1% (in some cases, less than 0.1%) of the SWC population, races were being added on a very strict set of guidelines, including photorealistic images, which the Togorians lack. They were brought up, but always failed this requirement.
