Hal Breden	You need to be on the ground, outside (not in a ship/vehicle/facility) and then you hit your CP total on the character menu, and "Exchange CPs". ____________ "May the Grace of Ara go with you, and His Vengeance be wrought upon your enemies." Only fools and children dream of heroes.
