When i click on create a charicter it sez read the creation rules and go to this site 4 help but i cant make my guy and i have made a name!!!

Yup.

You can either run Windows update or go here for the 15-20mb IE6 download or get Firefox instead, at 4.7mb

same cant make character i login in the click on make a character it will either kick me back to login or i can go to the next phase with is race gender etc. it then kicks me back to login
