Year 10 Day 139 15:16	Construction DCs Permissions?
Christopher Eagles	I currently have a Transport Faction producing a Starport for me, The problem is its only building with 1 NPC, To hurry it up i want to add more of my own builders, If the Starort is made-over to me now during construction it won't stop or anything, as it would take ages to get another of there members to drop by? I'm not in a Transport Faction and am concerned production will stop if I don't have access to the DC? Would I be able to do it as Manager? or would I need ownership to add the builders. Will it stop if I am made owner/Manager? If it stops is it that stop at 99% thing so I could pass it back before then? Thanks for your answers ____________ "Do not take life too seriously. Ellias Aubec	Once construction of a facility has been started, the 'DC' is no longer required - it will build regardless of the initial faction. Heck, the faction that built it could dissolve and the facility wouldn't stop (so long as they aren't sold or whatever happens upon dissolution). So, sure, make them make it over to you and you can get more NPCs assigned. ____________

Christopher Eagles	Aw Crap! I had the facility made over and while its still constructing (which is still is). The problem is that I can't add more builders? It doesn't show up in my Under Construction Area either? Is the Factions still building it with me as the owner? Is it a bug or just normal? How can I add more builders then?
