If I leave a backpack in the floor of my ship it will not disappear. its not necessary to block the object. Is it true?

Yes, if I understood you properly. Any items you leave on the ground or in a room will remain there until a) you pick it up, b) another player sees it and picks it up, c) you die and its one of the items that the NPCs round up which is randomly chosen.
