I can edit the NPC's picture but I can't figure out how to edit it's description, name and such.

Also when I click on certain buttons saying I can edit scripts my computer cannot find the page.

Names can't be changed, and there is no description for an NPC. You can set an infofield for a brief description or title (i.e., 'Chief Engineer' or 'Guard').

And I don't think any of the scripting functions are implemented right now.
