Roy Starkiller	If an NPC has been arrested by a now defunct faction (not mine...) is there any way to free them except via administrative intervention?

Roy Starkiller	I don't know. The arrest happened a while ago, before you needed stun cuffs. The arrest was made by the Isoldor Storm-led government (New Sith Order/12 Colonies/Chiss Ascendancy). I thought it had dissolved. Perhaps not, maybe its just got a new name. In any case, the NPC was moved onto a ship by that government. However it happened, the ship is now owned by Eidola. They are more than willing to let me have the NPC back, but they can't release him or even move him. Now, I understand that its just an NPC and I could easily get more. It is one of the first NPCs I purchased. This is a little more about gameplay.

Roy Starkiller	Oh, I get it, so perhaps Triumvirate may now have the ability to get the NPC released. I misunderstood what you meant. Perhaps that means they own something else...
