Hal Breden	Ranma, we don't have any rule about not being related to the old character. We do have a rule that you can't have your old characters stuff, but that's about it. It also may be considered poor RP, in many cases, to relate your new char to your old char, but that's very different from it not being allowed. And also, it's not always the case. Let's remember that Victor von Ismay is now on his third Ismay character, and I haven't felt that any of his were poor RP, and nor has he broken any rules. Kal Djin	I don't know how banning works, but you can't get the weapons as those would be your old character's assets.
