Malina Derrnon	I've checked the rules page entry for ranches as well as the list of facilities that are able to be built by all and/or specific fact types in the faction-creation rules page, and nowhere does it seem to mention who can build the ranch facility. Help?!

Hal Breden	Ranches are one of the facilities added in anticipation of upcoming creatures rules. Some of those facilities have not been assigned to factions yet. ____________ "May the Grace of Ara go with you, and His Vengeance be wrought upon your enemies." Only fools and children dream of heroes.
