I have somehow been relocated from one planet to another, in different systems, in a matter of hours. I was out of my ship, getting ready to build, and I all of a sudden was relocated. This was my location:

Planet: Artheraron
System: Ando
Sector: Dufilvian
Galactic coordinates: (205, -182)
System coordinates: (14, 8)

And this is my current location:
Sector: Glythe
System: Varn (220, 80)
Planet: Varno (10, 10)

I dont even believe it is possible to get from one to another in less than a day or so. Also, I dont have any information in my general events about moving.
