Filithell Arborin	I believe the Rules state that it is possible to add builders to construction - up to 25 - after construction has already started. However, I can't figure out how to accomplish this. ____________

Filithell Arborin	When I pause the construction, my option are Abort and Resume. Maybe you have to be in a Ship Building faction to add builders, not just own the station? ____________

Filithell Arborin	Yes, I was right on top of the station, and had builders with me in my party. I am guessing you must be in a ship faction in order to add builders. ____________
