Ellias Aubec	Something came up in a conversation about merging some factions and then re-issuing more stock afterwards. First question, what are the criteria for being able to re-issue stocks? The stock section of the faction rules page just says that its impossible, but that is blatently wrong with the number of factions re-issuing stock the last few months. Do you need a certain percentage of the stocks owned to do it? Or can you do it whenever? Second, when merging, what happens to the 5% of stocks that aren't owned by the merging faction? Obviously they disappear, but are they refunded to those owners? ____________
