I browsed through a couple pages but didn't spy any threads about this yet: My faction has a ship under production and it is at 75% however it has 0 stats? Has anyone else encountered this and is there already a bug base report so I can stop worrying?

I think I saw something a while back saying that incremental stat increases during production was disabled to sort out a bug?

Yea, I'm pretty sure Khan turned off the incremental increase because of the slew of bugs going on with production. It should be just fine once it's finished :)

Yup, we turned that off a while bug as we were trying to sort out the random production bugs.
