Looking trough my inventory I saw a ship in my inventory that have no owner (known to be deceased) and I was assign as commander to said ship.

according to the rules page I should have inherited the ship, but now it just sits there with me as commander and pilot without an owner. Is this a known bug?

I'm aware of it happening before. If you make a bug report, they'll get it fixed up for you.
