Ellias Aubec	You using the scanner to see them, then try talking? OR are you already doing that but the talk text doesn't show?

Hal Breden	You need to be on the same square as the person you are talking to. Your scanner will show you a lot of people out of range.

Josh Jericho	It appears to be a bug. You will want to report it in the bugbase if it hasn't been already.
