I had recently hired some NPCs, residental, and it says their is no script for them. I looked in the rules and it sayed that it was not a custom NPC, so i was just wondering. . .

Yeah a bunch of NPCs got nixed speech wise. Clarr is working on a speech system for all NPCs thats better and easier than the current one. THen all the NPCs will have rewritten scripts (or at least the old ones).
