I docked my vehicle to the starport's hangar bay, and I want to other system with Star Tours, that NPC-Transfer. Can I make my vehicle come with me, or does it just lay in the hangar bay?

It stays in the hangar bay until you get there and move it again.

Unless it was a NPC-Rental vehicle, then it returns to the DB (vanishws)
