I was checking out the destination for a transport and found this:

system Qat Christak referred to by description as Morasei. And Quiraash.

planet Qat Chrystak. Also reffered to as homeworld for Quiraash but based in Athega/Sumitra. Also Morasei in the description.

What's the deal?

Since the galaxyteam went 'outbound' I'd though I'd ask here.

That will be due to the chaos when the systems were intially made I would guess. The description stuff is most likely due to a rename of the system and no-one updated the description - that or the other way around and there was a fix to change the system to the name in the description but it got forgotten etc.
