I don't know if someone messed with something, but I was just gone over an hour and stayed logged in, so maybe it's been corrected/corrected itself?

Yes. There's an issue with rules logging out. For now use /rules/ rather than rules.swc.

But today after 11 hours inactivity I can back and it auto logged me in...
