Sim Karr	First the crewlist must be set "open to all." You set yourself as manager to receive the income and the operator can be anyone. The best thing to do is find someone with a very high Trading skill. There's a great guy somewhere in the forums that has a level 5 and lets anyone assign properties to him so that the max profit can be made. If your facility hasn't made any income yet then wait until the first of this next month and it will. Hope that helps!
