I walked up to the "Rent a vehicle" NPC and I dont have the "talk" option...so I cant rent a vehicle and there are like 3 vehicles siting there and waiting...

What seems to be the problem??

I'm here:

Sector: Tapani
System: Danju (75, -110)
Planet: Glee Anselm (5, 12)
City: Korunaan City (5, 0)
Ground Position: (0, 0)

please if any one can help

I'm stuck there for like 2 weeks now....:(


BTW: My friend is waiting in the orbit and can't get down here cause of the shields or what ever that means.
