Can you produce items with stolen RM's?

You need to have inventory ownership of RM's to produce with them, so I believe the answer to your question is no.

If you've stolen the RM's and scammed the owner out of ownership, then yes, you can produce with them, If you've just stolen them, you're looking at one useless chunk of RM's in your cargo hold
