Yes, there is a bug report (you may want to check see if you have any filters or such active that would filter it out). Yes the coders are working on it. No, we don't really know when.

Of course it could just be a sneaky tactic of Vey's that there will no longer be any credits coming into the game, and so reduce the number of credits around...

Be assured that you will not miss out on your credits that you should of gotten. Heck, if you get some new facilities in the mean time, you may actually get more credits than you would of done before.
