Skeltsco Ofsseto	I have a question..in theory.. If I owned a shipyard and the faction I was building for decided to hold my ship for full market value (lets say). I paused construction and changed ship producers..would the last faction have the ship? Also how much time/% of construction do I have (if I aborted a project) before it's ierriversable, or there is no time limit?
