Tiali Bixa-Loca	Vehicles can not move in space, but you can (maybe) do the transfer in the atmosphere (not sure about Orbit, but probably not)

Ellias Aubec	As Ten said, only if one or other is docked into the other one etc. You could potentially do it in the atmosphere layer if both ships are there, and the vehicle has flight-grade repulsorlifts. Then you can just undock the vehicle and redock in the other ship. Otherise, no way to transfer vehicles while not on the ground. ____________
