is that "/1000" a typo? I'm sure people can carry more than .03 - .13 kg, unless you mean in metric tons which doesn't make since becuase items are measured in kg.

Its fine. All weights in SWC is in T. Carrying capacity is listed at kg, merely because of that equation.
