Hello, I've recently just started playing SWC again, and I have found that I cannot find my ship, it's still in my inventory and tells me where it is only I cant get to it, I dont leave my ship for anything because I'm a pilot.

If you want to get to your ship, hire a transport faction to move yourself or your ship to the same location.
