I've always assumed you need both an arrest warrant and a death warrant to kill someone (never really tried to do it without both), but do you? Can you just execute them without one? In the rules it says executing someone without a death warrant is classified as murder, but IDK if that's for when combat is implemented.

Yes, you can execute without a death warrant. You get a nasty Force meter hit if you do so.
