Ellias Aubec	I'm guessing you mean you want FI? And its not a tax moon you are working on? Most people will likely say design your own, and it gets you used to the City Designer too. You will want an ER=1.5 for the best income. There are also facilities that increase crime and lower morale that will hurt income, and some that do the opposite. Not all of these make income themselves either. Also, a 2x2 on its own is not the best for FI since the civ level gets high and increases crime. You'll want some highrises, hotels, taverns, offices, maybe some religious facilities (chapels, churches, temples) as they give income and boost city stats fro the good. ____________
