I am having a problem with the XML file. My computer doesn't recognize it. I was asked to copy and paste the content of the file but l don't have a program that will recognize it. I am using linux ubuntu if that's helps.

Also I have recently moved and my IP has changed. I think l'm in sitter mode and wish to correct the issue.
