Whats going to happen to 'rare' CP ships when R&D comes? Are they going to be subject to reverse engineering and come up with their DCs? The feature is in the works I know but is there something that could be said about whats decided and/or where is it leaning towards regarding the subject?

Ex-CP ships will be added to the R&D pool. Or at least thats whats been said in the past.
